摘要
文章运用计量分析方法,以天津市第一轻工业学校为例探究师资培养和建设的现状,探索最优化的"双师型"教师培养路径,包括完善"双师型"教师培养相关制度,为教师提供高质量培训机会,制定"双师型"教师评价标准以及全面提升"双师型"教师的职业活力。
the paper uses quantitative analysis to find the best way for educating "Double-certificate"teachers,based on the actual situation at Tianjin First Light Industry School.It is proposed to improve concerned systems,provide high-quality training opportunities for teachers,determine the standard to evaluate"Double-certificate"teachers,and add vitality to them.
