职业院校在提供学历教育供给的同时,发挥多功能作用,主动服务于企业和社会,开展职业培训,并将两者有机融合,在不断提高学历教育质量的同时,提高职业培训的质量,这是促进职院校的发展、深化教学改革的重要措施,亦是其社会服务功能的重要体现。

vocational colleges have multi-functions besides offering degree education.Measures shall be taken to push ahead development of vocational colleges,deepen the teaching reform,and play the role as a social service provider.This means vocational college shall open vocational training courses catering to enterprises and society,which shall be integrated,so as to improve quality of vocational training besides improving degree education.
