试对数控技术专业数控编程与零件加工实训课程教改的探究

Research on Teaching Reform of NC Programming and Parts Processing Practical Training Course of NC Specialty

世界各国为了加快本国工业的发展,都纷纷的采取有效的措施,积极的研发数控技术和产业发展。因此,对于我国数控专业的编程与实训课程改革,提出了理实一体化教学改革的思路,并对课程的正确定位、一体化教材编写、教学内容体系重整、教师教学能力提升、教学方法和手段改革、奖励机制制度、职业技能考核要求的融入、考核方法创新等具体实施方案进行了探讨。

in order to expedite the industry development of its own country,every country around the world has taken effective measures and actively carries out RD in NC technology and industry development.Therefore,this paper proposes an idea for integrated teaching reform with regard to the reform of programming and practical training course of NC specialty and it also discusses the implementation plans for correct positioning of the course,compiling of integrated textbook,system reform of teaching content,improvement of teacher＇s teaching ability,reform of teaching ways and methods,incentive mechanism reform,integration of the vocational skill assessment requirement and innovation of assessment methods etc.
