摘要 建立了平面集成EMI电源滤波器的高频等效电路模型。通过分析其高频特性,对滤波器高频耦合参数进行了简化。同时为了改善平面集成EMI滤波器的高频性能,提出了在两平面电感绕组层之间嵌入一层接地导电层以减小等效并联电容(EPC),并应用PSpice仿真软件对其进行了验证。 A high frequency equivalent circuit model of planar integrated EMI power filter is presented. By analyzing the high frequency characteristics, the model is simplified. And meanwhile, one method, which is embedding a conductive ground layer in the planar inductor windings to reduce the EPC, is proposed to improve the high frequency performance of planar integrated EMI filter. And finally it is verified by the circuit simulation based on the software PSpice.
