摘要
目的研究超微养心安神汤对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠神经内分泌因子及心肌组织的影响。方法给予Wistar大鼠连续6周腹腔注射阿霉素复制CHF动物模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型组、西药对照组、超微养心安神汤高剂量组(中药高剂量组)、超微养心安神汤低剂量组(中药低剂量组)。喂养4周后,免疫组化法检测大鼠血清中神经内分泌因子心钠素(ANP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)的含量,观测大鼠心肌组织结构变化。结果中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组大鼠血清ANP、ALD、AngⅡ含量均低于西药对照组(P<0.05),中药高、低剂量组组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药高、低剂量组心肌组织结构受损最小。结论超微养心安神汤可抑制大鼠神经内分泌因子释放,从而减轻心肌损伤。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of super-micro Yangxin Anshen (nourishing heart and calming down the mind) Decoction on neuroendocrine factors and myocardial tissue in rats with chronic heart failure (CHF) . Methods Wistar rats were given intraperitoneal injection of adriamycine for 6 weeks continuously to make CHF model. They were divided into the normal control group, model group, western medicine control group, high-dose (herbal medicine high-dose), middle-dose (herbal medicine middle-dose) and low-dose (herbal medicine low-dose) super-micro Yangxin Anshen Decoction groups. After 4 weeks of feeding, immunohistochemical method was used to measure the contents of ANP, AngII, and ALD in the serum of rats and observe the structural change of myocardial tissue of rats. Results The contents of ANP, ALD, and AngII in the herbal medicine high-dose group and herbal medicine low-dose group were lower than that of western medicine control group( P 〈0. 05 ) , the difference between the herbal medicine high-dose group and herbal medicine low-dose group had no statistical significance (P 〉 0. 05 ), the myocardial structure in the herbal medicine high-dose group and herbal medicine low-dose group was least injured. Conclusion Super-micro Yangxin Anshen ( nourishing heart and calming down the mind) Decoction can inhibit the release of neuroendocrine factors so as to alleviate myocardial injury.
