茹曼娜认为所有的葡萄酒大师都有一个共性,就是懂得运用通俗易懂的语言,将葡萄酒的知识讲述给普罗大众听,让更多人懂得欣赏葡萄酒的美。葡萄酒大师不该是一个端着的大师,不该拿起酒杯闻一闻便说：＂我想这个村庄在葡萄丰收期间下了三天雨。＂葡萄酒不该是一个将自己与他人区分开来,显示身份的事物。相反,它该将人与人连接起来,成为分享快乐、分享当下的工具。
