摘要 针对大庆石化公司炼油厂清罐期间产生的罐底油泥处理处置困难的情况,采用"三泥"脱水装置进行油、泥、水三相分离处理。介绍了工艺流程,将剩余活性污泥和罐底油泥按不同比例混合进行烧杯实验,结果表明,当两者比例为3∶1时沉降效果最好,渣层薄、水层厚,罐底油泥中的悬浮物等杂质被吸附得比较完全。对运行中存在的问题提出改进措施,经脱水处理后油泥含水率由95%左右下降到约70%,减量率约为84%。 Since it is difficult to dispose the oil tank bottom sludge which is generated during tank cleaning,'three kinds of sludge'device was used to separate oil,sludge and water phase.This paper introduces the technological process and the beaker experiments with different ratios of surplus activated sludge and oil tank bottom sludge.The experiment results indicated that the subsidence effects were the best when the ratio of the two kinds of sludge was 3:1.With the best ratio,suspended solids in oil tank bottom and other impurities could be adsorbed completely.Improvement suggestions were proposed to solve the problems in operation.The moisture content of the dehydrated oily sludge was decreased from 95% to 70% and the weight loss rate was 84%.
