Taking the oil industry and environmental protection introduction course which is offered in China University of Petroleum as an example,this article elaborates the advantages of video teaching in promoting course reform and its achievements and future trend,so as to provide a new idea and method for the teaching reform of relevant courses in China's petroleum colleges and universities and provide reference for the development of talents in China's oil industry.
