摘要 高职学生的自我教育体系是通过学生自治组织的架构来实现的。现有的组织架构存在网络不畅、分工交叉、职责不明等问题,影响自我教育的效能发挥。以职业素养培养为核心,系统化重组学生自治组织架构,优化了组织网络拓扑,构建了学生组织、教师团队、专业教学基层组织、学生思政工作团队和教学管理五维一体的全员育人指导系统,便于发挥自治组织在专业素养、人文素质、思想道德等方面的自我教育、自我发展和自我服务作用,提升自我完善和自我管理的能力。 Higher vocational students' self-education system is realized by the student autonomous organization, but the existing architectures of student autonomous organization has some problems such as network blockage, mission overlapping and unclear responsibility, and these problems affect the efficiency. With professional quality training as the core, the paper reorganizes the structure systematically to optimize the network topology, builds the student organization, teachers team, professional teaching organizations at the grass-roots level, teaching management team and students' ideological work team, which functions as five in one dimensional integration all-member training guidance system. Autonomous organization plays a role of self-education, self-development and selfservice in professional quality, cultural quality, ideological and moral aspects for the purpose of promoting self-improvement and self-management ability.
