摘要
利用CAE软件Mold flow/MPI技术对手轮手柄嵌件进行注射成型模拟研究,设计了独特的模具结构、浇注系统、冷却系统,预测嵌件注射成型过程中的填充情况,并对型腔压力分布、温度分布、锁模力大小和体积收缩率等进行计算分析;再根据注塑模拟分析结果优化浇口、冷却系统设计方案和成型工艺参数,使模具设计更趋合理。优化后的成型方案用于实际生产,能缩短试模周期。
Employing simulation of the use of CAE software Moldflow / MPI technology handwheel handle insert injection molding method, the paper designs a unique mold structure, pouring system, and cooling system, and predicts the insert injection molding process of filling the case. The cavity pressure distribution , temperature distribution, clamping force size and volume shrinkage rate were calculated and analyzed. The injection simulation analysis is conducted to optimize the gate, cooling system design and molding process parameters so that the mold design is more reasonable. The optimized molding solutions are suitable for the actual production, shorten the production cycle, improve the quality of plastic parts and reduce production costs.
