摩托车座垫底板成型过程分析

Analysis of Motorcycle Cushion Plate Forming Process

本文应用有限元分析理论对摩托车座垫底板的翘曲变形问题进行了系统的分析，指出翘曲产生的原因及相应的改进措施，以满足底板的装配使用要求，进而为同类产品的设计与开发提供借鉴。

With the theory of FEA, this paper analyzes the detailed reasons on warping deformation of a motorcycle seat support. Reasons and corresponding measures are provided to meet the requirements of the use of bottom plate assembly and also will serve as reference for the design and development of the similar products.
