"海洋石油944"自升式钻井平台大桩靴的设计限制了平台内散料间区域面积大小,因此,必须对散料间进行针对性设计。通过优化,在散料间增加一个平台,将泥浆漏斗等设备布置在平台上,缓冲罐固定在强梁上,为甲板节省了较大的空间。同时,为协调管路的布置,通过建立缓冲罐等模型,调整模型优化管路设计,最后将图纸提供给厂家进行确认与制作。与传统设计相比,该设计解决了散料间空间不足的问题,优化了散料间的布置。
The biggish pile shoe of the HYSY944 jack-up drilling platform has limited the area of the sack storage room. So, it is necessary to scheme the layout of the sack storage room specially. To optimize the design, a platform was added in the sack storage room, so the devices such as the mud hopper could be arranged on the platform. The buffer tank was fixed on the strength beam. As a result, a larger space for the deck is possible. Meanwhile, considering the layout of the pipeline, a series of models such as the buffer tank are built. And the pipeline design is optimized by adjusting these models. Compared with the traditional design, the issue of insufficient space is solved and the layout of the sack storage room is designed optimally.
