摘要
首次将结构无线振动检测及结构损伤诊断的最新研究成果应用于东海平湖DPP平台的结构完整性管理工程实践中。基于振动检测的实测数据,通过结构模态识别、模型修正等技术实现了平台结构完整性状态的快速判断。此工程示范案例说明了该方法工程应用的可行性和可靠性,对实现在役海洋平台结构的快速安全巡检有重要的工程意义。该方法是一种对常规无损检测和评估方法的有益补充,在平台结构延寿及优化水下无损检测方案方面具有很大的推广应用价值和前景。
This paper presents the first engineering application of wireless vibration test and structural damage detection to the structural integrity management (SIM) engineering practice of a platform in East China Sea. Base on the measured data of vibration test, the structural modal detection and structural modal updating have been utilized to achieve a fast structural safety prediction for offshore fixed platform. The engineering case showed in this paper demonstrates the feasibility and reliability of the presented method. It creates a sort of possibility of using wireless vibration detection to achieve rapid safety inspection for offshore platform structure. The presented method can be regarded as a useful supplement to the traditional NDT method and it has brilliant application future in structure life-extension and NDT scheme optimization.
