摘要 软管相比钢管具有很多优势,其海上安装铺设过程中的安全性和便捷性要远远优于钢管,但是软管的铺设分析与钢管同样复杂。以某气田的输气软管为例,介绍了软管海上铺设分析的步骤,针对软管铺设过程中的几个关键点进行了研究。并且采用数据等效和软件模拟等方法得到了软管的抗挤压能力、铺设拉力、弯曲半径以及软管触泥点位置等关键数据,为海上施工提供了可靠的理论数据支持,对软管铺设分析的进一步研究提供了思路。 Compared with steel pipe, flexible pipe has a lot of advantages, especially on the installation case, flexible pipe is more convenient. However, the analysis method of flexible pipe laying is as complex as steel pipe. The paper focuses on a gas hose, explores the main steps and keypoints of flexible pipe laying, adopts equivalent data and creates model simulation to get the extrusion pressure resistance, effective tension, bending radius and touchdown point of flexible pipe. These results are very useful for the installation of flexible pipe laying.
