The G20 Summit of Hangzhou:comment and assessment on the structural reform agenda

中国作为二十国集团（G20）2016年的主席国,将结构性改革作为2016年增长框架下最为核心的议题,并履行承诺在指导原则下率先落实相应改革举措。2016年二十国集团（G20）峰会在杭州落幕,G20杭州峰会被赋予了四＂I＂目标：创新（Innovative）、活力（Invigorated）、联动（Interconnected）和包容（Inclusive）,对其内涵的阐释和理解,体现的是中国作为G20主席国对于世界经济的展望和担负起负责任大国的承诺。作为峰会主办国的中国,被寄予的是引领世界经济和全球贸易摆脱增速疲软的厚望。

With the theme of 'Toward an Innovative, Invigorated, Interconnected and Inclusive World Economy,' the two-day summit concluded with extensive consensus. The leaders vowed to improve global economic and financial governance to enhance the risk resistance of the world economy. For the first time, G20 puts the issue of development in front and centre of the global macropolicy framework. The first G20 action plan has been formulated for implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. For the first time, G20 is committed to co-operating to support African countries and the least developed countries in their industrialisation. The leaders of major players on the globe had a series of discussions on strengthening policy co-ordination, breaking a new path for growth, more effective and efficient global economic and financial governance, robust international trade and investment, inclusive and interconnected development, as well as other issues affecting the world economy. The G20 Summit of Hangzhou has released five files. As the breakthrough point, this article intends to comment on the structural reform agenda in responsible for the targets of leading the world economy's strong, sustainable and balanced growth and make an outlook on the reform measures.
