当前就业问题是大学生面临的难题,也是社会各界广泛关注的热点,大学生就业问题的解决要求广大高校构建新型就业指导模式,培养专业化的教师指导队伍,建立"校-院(系)-班"三级就业指导机构,采用多种形式对毕业生进行系统的就业指导以提高毕业生的就业率和就业质量。

The current employment problem is a difficult problem faced by university students, and the focus of the society, solve the employment problem of university students requires the university to comtruct a new mode of employment guidance, training professional teachers guidance team, the establishment of ＂University-CoUege （Department） -class＂ three grade employment guidance institutions and the use of various forms of employment system to guide the graduates to increase employment rate and employment quality.
