摘要
全日制教育专业硕士研究生的培养有明确的职业导向,专业实践能力和应用能力的强弱是评估其培养质量的尺度,因此,有效落实专业硕士实践教学的各个环节至关重要。本文针对学科教学美术研究生的特点,从导师实践教学指导能力培养、实践能力分类培养、实践基地"轮岗"培养、课题引领综合培养四个方面阐述提高专业硕士研究生实践能力的创新培养模式。
For full-time educated Professional degree graduate,the cultivation mode is career-oriented. Modules to evaluate its cultivation quality are professional practical ability and application ability. The effective implementation of each key segment in Professional master's teaching practice is crucial. Aiming at the characteristics of.Subject teaching fine arts graduate students,the paper focuses on improvement of professional practice ability of postgraduate training mode innovation in four aspects,the teaching practice teaching from a mentor to guide the training base,practice ability, classification "rotating" cultivation,and project leaded comprehensive training.
