浅谈8S管理模式在大专护生实践教学管理中的应用

The Application of 8S Management Mode in Clinical Practice Teaching Management for Nursing Diploma Students

在大专护理专业实践教学管理中引入8S管理模式,通过整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节约、学习活动,创造优雅的学习工作环境,形成良好的秩序和严明的纪律,从而减少浪费,提高效率。我院用该模式管理学生,使学生在实践教学过程中更加规范自己的行为,提高自身素质。

8S management mode has introduced in the management of college nursing practice curriculum,through seiri,seiton,seiso,seiketsu,shitsuke,safety,save and study,in order to create elegant learning work environment,form a good order and discipline,and thus to minimize waste and improve efficiency. Our students in the process of practice teaching more regulate their own behavior,improve their own quality,under the mode of management.
