摘要
本文为了了解睡前玩手机是否会对大学生睡眠质量产生影响,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表的方法,发现睡前玩手机的PSQI得分高于睡前不玩手机的得分,差异有统计学意义。从而得出结论,睡前玩手机更易发生睡眠问题,对睡眠质量产生负面影响。
Objective:Understand wlaether play mobile phone at bedtime will affect students' sleep quality. Methods: The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. Result:play mobile phone at bedtime got higher PSQI scores than the group does not,the difference was statistically significant (t=7.33,p〈0.01). Conclusion:Play mobile phone before going to bed will haste more sleeping problems as well as have a negative impact on the quality of sleep.
