摘要
创新思维和创新能力的提升是我国教育改革的主旋律和根本目标,将TRIZ理论引入本科生培养体系中,有利于提升学生的创新意识及创新能力。本文提出基于TRIZ理论的"一线三段"式本科生培养模式,在课程体系设置中贯穿创新主线,通过基础课、技术基础课培养学生的创新意识,通过专业课、创新大赛和科研训练计划培养学生的创新能力,通过实践课、毕业设计、科研立项培养学生的创新人格,从培养学生的创新意识、创新能力和创新人格三个层次上构建新型的面向机械产品设计全过程的创新型人才培养模式。
Innovation thinking and innovation ability improvement are the fundamental objects of the education reform of China. Adding TRIZ theory into training system for undergraduates is helpful to improve their innovation thinking and ability. This paper proposes one new training pattern of "one theme and three steps" for undergraduates based on TRIZ,focusing on innovation theme,to improve their innovation thinking by elementary courses and technical courses,their innovation ability by professional courses and innovation competition,their innovation character by practice course,graduation projects and research projects,in this way,one new talents training pattern is constructed from three aspects (innovation thinking,innovation ability and innovation character) for mechanical production design.
