摘要
《仪器分析》是食品类本科专业的一门重要基础课程。为适应食品类本科专业人才培养的需要,我们教学团队从教学方法、教学手段、第二课堂以及考核方式等方面进行教学创新实践和探索,提升教学效果。
"Instrumental Analysis" is an important undergraduate foundation courses for students majoring in food science and engineering. To meet the needs of professional training for undergraduate food specialty,we practiced teaching innovation and exploration in terms of teaching methods,teaching measure,assessment methods,as well as the second classroom to enhance the teaching effectiveness.
