摘要
高校中医药教师来源的特点决定了高校教师专业化的必要性。中医药的专业特点决定了教师需要较强的领悟能力,需要培养学生的领悟能力。这两点都可以通过反思性实践得以提升。通过对自己教学、临床中出现的各种要素进行反思,深入思考教育教学理论,达到再实践、再学习的良性循环。同时,通过反思性实践,加强教师自身及学生领悟能力。
The characteristics of university teachers of Chinese medicine source determine the necessity of university teachers' specialization. 13rofessional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine need strong comprehension ability. The teachers need to develop the students' ability to comprehend. Both can be. enhanced through reflective practice. Through reflect the various elements in their teaching, clinical,think deeply about education teaching theory,to practice and learn the virtuous cycle. At the same time,the reflecitive practice can strengthen the teachers' and students' comprehension ability.
