应用型营销工程专业人才培养模式探析

摘要 随着中国市场营销的发展,企业越来越需要一些专业人才将目前基于经验或者意见的决策转向基于数据的决策,借助于多学科的知识为企业营销决策提供更多的科学分析工具。本文在分析应用型营销工程人才培养内涵的基础上,结合应用型营销工程专业人才培养的主要特征,构建了营销工程专业人才培养的课程体系,并从设施配备和校企合作等方面构建了保障措施以保证应用型营销工程专业人才培养体系的顺利实施。 with the development of Chinese marketing, enterprise has more and more in need of some professionals based on experience or opinions of decisions to decisions based on the data, by means of multidisciplinary knowledge marketing for enterprise decision-making to provide more scientific analysis tool. Based on the analysis of practical marketing on the basis of the connotation of the engineering talents cultivation, combining with the practical marketing one of the main features of the engineering talents training, build the curriculum system construction of the marketing engineering talents culd, zation, and from the perspectives of facilities and university,enterprise cooperation, build the safeguards in place to ensure that applied the smooth implementation of marketing engineering personnel training system.
