Design of the T-type Elevator Rail Derusting Machine

电梯导轨在生产过程中,需要对导轨的非金加工面进行除锈,现阶段都是通过人工操作,这种除锈方式工作效率低,工人劳动强度大;而采用喷砂除锈的耗能高,工作环境粉尘大,且易伤及导轨的工作面。本设计是通过钢丝轮除锈方式对电梯导轨的非金加工面进行自动除锈,使钢丝轮安装调节方便,设备结构简单,系统布局合理,操作维护便捷,能适应导轨型号的变化,降低设备能耗。

In the production process,elevator guide rail need derust to the non processing surface of the guide rail generally through manual operation at the present stage. This method is low efficiency of derusting and big labor strength;And the blasting is high energy consumption,large dust in the working environment,and easy to injury the working surface of guide rail. The purpose of this research is to derust auto-matically the non processing surface of elevator guide rail used by the wire wheel,installation and adjustment of the steel wire wheel is con-venient. It’s structure is simple,the system layout is reasonable,operation and maintenance is convenient,it can adapt to the change of the guide rail model,reduce the energy consumption of the equipment.
