摘要
基于用户需求提出智能家庭网关硬件产品造型设计方案和相应的软件系统界面。以用户需求为导向,运用KJ法得出关于家庭网关的用户需求,并转换为产品功能设计特性,以此来指导硬件产品的造型设计和软件系统界面设计,并运用层次分析法对3个产品造型设计样本进行评价筛选,得出最优方案。以用户需求为驱动的产品设计能获得更好的用户满意度,是产品成功的关键。基于用户需求,对智能家庭网关进行创新设计,使用户随时随地体验一种便捷、智能的服务。
Objective It proposes the product design solution of smart home gateway and designs the UI of system based on user requirements. Methods Taking user requirements as guide,using the KJ method to obtain the user requirements on the home gateway,and convert to the function design features,in order to guide style design and software interface design. Applying analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to evaluating three design samples,screening the best scheme. Conclusion That user requirements drives product design can get a better user satisfaction,is the key to product success. Innovative design of smart home gateway based on customer demands makes customers experience a convenient and intelligent service anytime and anywhere.
