基于CPLD的FLASH加密设计

Design of FLASH Encryption Based on CPLD

论文针对FLASH存储芯片中存储的数据、代码易被非法读取、复制的问题,提出了一种基于CPLD的FLASH加密设计。论文介绍了该加密技术实现的硬件平台及CPLD逻辑方法 ,并对该加密技术进行了验证测试,验证结果表明,该技术能够达到对FLASH加密的目的,并且能够对特殊存储内容进行代码保护。

According to the problem of the data and code stored in FLASH memory chips is easy to be read and copy illegally,a design of FLASH encryption based on CPLD is proposed. This paper introduces the hardware platform and CPLD logic method of the encryption technology,and the design of encryption was tested. The results of the test show that the technology can achieve the purpose of FLASH en-cryption,and the ability to protect the code of the special storage.
