摘要 综采工作面自动化是煤炭开采技术的发展方向,采煤机作为综采工作面最重要的装备,其自动化程度的高低是决定综采自动化成功的关键。JOY是煤炭开采装备的供应商,其采煤机自动化控制技术走在了行业的前列,论文结合实例对JOY最新的ASA系统进行研究,对自动化割煤各个重点环节进行分析,为同类装备的实践应用及国产自动化程序的开发提供了有价值的参考。 The automation of longwall face is the development direction of coal mining. As the most important equipment,shearer automation is key determinant of longwall face automation system. JOY company is important coal mining equipment supplier in the world,its automation system of shearer is very advance in the coal mining field. The paper research the latest ASA system of JOY with example,and analyze each key factor of automatic cutting. It is valuable for the application of similar equipment and the research of domestic automation pro-gram.
