Strength Test System for the Top of the Vehicle Body Design for Mechanical Test Module

论文论述了我单位设计的机动车辆车身顶部强度试验系统,可实现大型机动车辆车身顶部强度测试。描述了该测量系统构成、测试平台总体结构、机械试验模块设计及相关配件和传感器。针对顶压测量过程,提出机械试验模块的设计,为试验系统的测量准确、安全可靠奠定基础。

This paper discusses the design of the vehicle body top strength test system,which can realize the top strength test of the vehicle body. Described the structure of the measurement system,the overall structure of the test platform,the design of the mechanical test module,related parts and sensors. According to the process of top pressure measurement,the design of mechanical test module is put forward,which lays the foundation for the accurate and safe measurement of the test system.
