温肾生精衍育汤对男性不育患者精液质量及性激素水平的影响

Effect of Wenshenyanyu Decoction on Semen Quality and Sex Hormone Levels in Male Infertility Patients

[目的]观察温肾生精衍育汤对男性不育患者性激素水平及精液质量的调节作用。[方法]予30例男性不育患者口服温肾生精衍育汤3个月,采用患者自身前后对照的临床试验设计方法,观察温肾生精衍育汤对不育患者性激素水平及精液质量的影响情况。[结果]与治疗前比较,患者治疗后睾酮(T)升高(P<0.05),雌二醇(E2)下降(P<0.05);精子浓度和活力(存活率、前向运动)升高(P<0.05),精子畸形率下降(P<0.05),精子核DNA碎片化指数(DFI)下降(P<0.05)。[结论]温肾生精衍育汤可以调节男性性激素水平,提高精液质量,对治疗男性不育有一定疗效。

Objective： [Objective] To observe the regulation function of wenshenyanyu decoction on semen quality and sex hormone levels in male infertility patients. [ Methods ] Thirty patients of male infertility were treated with wenshenyanyu decoction for 3 months. The design of clinical trials for self-controlled study was applied to observe the function of wenshenyanyu decoction. [Results] For the patients,the general testosterone （T） increase （P〈0.05）,estradiol （E2） decreased （P〈0.05）,sperm motility increased （P〈0.05）,sperm deformity rate decreased （P〈0.05）,DNA fragmentation rate of sperm nuclear decreased （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Wenshenyanyu Decoction can regulate sex hormone levels of male and improve semen quality,and has a certain effect on the treatment of male infertility.
