高校数字档案馆云服务平台的构建——以陕西科技大学为例

Construction of Cloud Service Platform of Digital Archives in Colleges and Universities——Taking Shaanxi University of Science and Technology as an Example

针对目前大多数高校档案馆普遍采用纸质档案与电子档案同时归档的双轨道归档形式,一定程度确保了档案的完整性,却造成了存储压力大、重复工作等现象。笔者以高校档案日常管理中存在的问题为出发点,以云技术在企业和事业单位应用的典型案例为依托,对高校档案馆建设私有云服务平台的可行性进行分析,借鉴云计算相关技术的应用,最终以陕西科技大学档案馆为例,构建出以信息为基础,以管理为手段,以效率为前提,以服务为目的高校数字档案云服务平台模式。

Most archives in colleges and universities keep both paper files and electronic files, which, to a certain extent, ensures the integrity of archives, but causes problems of high storage pressure and repetitive work. With solving the problems in daily archival management of colleges and universities as the aim and the typical cases of cloud technology application to enterprises and institutions as examples, the paper analyses the feasibility of private cloud service platform of archives in colleges and universities. With reference to the application of relevant cloud computing technology, it also takes the Archives of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology as an example and proposes the cloud service platform model of digital archives in colleges and universities, based on information, by means of management, efficiency as the premise, and service as the aim.
