摘要
结合泗洪县水环境现状,贯彻最严格水资源管理制度,对其水资源保护进行研究。以单因子评价法为基础对县域内河流湖泊进行水质状况分析。根据水资源保护目标,以水功能区为研究单元,通过建立零维及一维水质模型,对2020年泗洪县水功能区纳污能力、污染物入河总量及污染物削减量进行研究计算。结果表明,2020年泗洪县大部分水功能区排污量严重超出纳污能力。根据结果提出了水资源保护措施。通过措施的实施,2020年水功能区水质达标率为87.5%,达到85%的水质目标。
Combining water environment present situation in Sihong County, and implementing the most stringent water management system, this paper studies the protection of water resources. It analyzes the water quality of rivers and lakes on the basis of single factor evaluation method. According to the water conservation goals, with water function areas as the research unit, it establishes ze- ro-dimensional and one-dimensional water quality model, and calculates the water function area's assimilative capacity, the total a- mount of pollutants into the river and the pollutant reductions in 2020. The results show that the amount of sewage serious beyond assimilative capacity in most function areas in 2020. And according to the results, it puts forward water resources protection meas- ures. And through the implementation of measures, water quality compliance rate of water {unction areas is 87.5 %, reaching 85 of the water quality goals in 2020.
