摘要 随着我国城市发展速度的加快,大量建筑垃圾产生的废旧混凝土会造成天然骨料资源的浪费和环境污染,对再生骨料混凝土耐久性研究无疑是解决此问题的有效途径之一。通过3因素、3水平的正交试验,研究了单位用水量、再生骨料取代率及砂率对再生骨料混凝土抗渗性的影响。试验结果表明:抗渗性随单位用水量的增加而增强,随骨料取代率的增加而减弱,砂率增加能提高抗渗性能,但变化不显著。最终采用多元回归分析,建立了再生骨料混凝土渗透系数(Kr)与单位用水量、再生骨料取代率、砂率的经验公式。 With the increase in urban development speed, a large number of construction waste generating waste concrete can cause natural aggregate resource waste and environmental pollution. Research on the durability of recycled aggregate concrete is undoubt edly one of the effective ways to solve this problem. This paper studies the unit water consumption, recycled aggregate displacement ratio and sand ratio effect on the permeability resistance of recycled aggregate concrete through three factors and three-level orthogo- nal experiment. The results show that the permeability resistance increases with the increase in the unit water use and weakens with the increase in aggregate. Sand ratio increase can improve the permeability resistance, but change is not obvious, multiple regression analysis is used to establish the experience formula about recycled aggregate concrete permeability coefficient (Kr) and unit water consumption, the replace rate of recycled aggregates, the sand ratio.
