摘要 关于泵站的研究,一般是把进出水建筑物从泵站其他装置中分离出来作为单独的研究对象。为了研究泵站全流道CFD计算与泵站各过流装置单独计算的异同,对泵站装置系统进行全流道CFD数值计算。以某泵站二期工程为研究样本,进行1:1建模,网格划分。采用湍流模型进行并行计算,设置多组对照试验模拟计算。通过对比各组模拟结果中水泵流量、扬程、效率,对部分流道流动状态进行分析。 The research on pump station, in general, is to separate the suction sump and outlet sump from the station system and study on these two alone. In order to explore the difference between the calculation of the whole flow channel system and the individ- ual calculation for each flow-part, this article launches CFD simulation on the whole flow-parts of pump station. The object of our study is the second phase project of one pump station, after modeling and meshing all the flow-parts of system, the k-ε turbulence model is set to launch CFD simulation in parallel. At same time, there are other simulations to be set and compared with. After com- paring the rate of flow, head of delivery and efficiency of pump, the flow state in some parts of the system is analyzed.
