罗天益防治中风的学术思想渊源与探讨

Source of Luo Tianyi's academic thought and experiences in stroke prevention

罗天益是金末元初活跃在北方的易水学派重要医家。通过对其著作《卫生宝鉴》和临证医案的分析,探讨其防治中风的学术思想渊源与经验。认为罗天益防治中风的学术思想源于《内经》,又旁纳了元初之前多位医家的认识;在临证中,强调区别中脉中脏中腑,结合四时变化因时制宜,分经论治,且注重针灸方法的应用,内外兼施;在预防方面,认识到中风的先兆表现而能够采取预防措施。

Luo Tianyi was an important physician of Yishui school who was active in the late Jin Dynasty and early Yuan Dynasty in the north. Through analysis of his work The Precious Mirror of Hygiene and clinical medical records,we have approached the source of his academic thought and the experiences in stroke prevention. We consider that the source of Luo Tianyi＇s academic thought in stroke prevention was from Internal Classic and absorbed the knowledges of many physicians before early Yuan Dynasty. In clinical work,the differentiations among apoplexy involving the meridian,apoplexy involving zang-organ and apoplexy involving fu-organ was emphasized; the treatment should be given in combination with four seasons and in accordance with the seasonal conditions and the corresponding meridians; and the applications of acupuncture and moxibustion methods should be laid also stress,so as to treat both internally and externally. In the prevention,the stroke portent syndromes can be known and the preventive measures can be taken also.
