摘要
目的:研究甘草提取物—大豆卵磷脂复合物的制备方法。方法:采用溶剂法制备甘草提取物与卵磷脂的复合物,考察制备过程中的比例、时间和温度对制备的影响,通过紫外分光光度法测定复合物中甘草总黄酮的含量,筛选最佳制备工艺。结果:甘草提取物卵磷脂复合物的最佳制备工艺为甘草提取物与大豆卵磷脂以1∶3的比例溶于无水乙醇中,在40℃包合3 h。结论:通过研究,甘草提取物卵磷脂复合物的复合率可达90%以上。
Objective: To research the preparation technology for compound of licorice extract-soybean phosphatidylcholine. Methods: The compound of licorice extract and phosphatidylcholine was prepared by solvent. The effect of proportion,time and temperature on preparation was investigated in preparation process. The content of total licorice flavonoids in ompound was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The optimum preparation technology was screened out. Results: The optimum preparation technology for compound of licorice extract and phosphatidylcholine was that licorice extract and soybean phosphatidylcholine were dissolved in 1∶ 3 ratio in anhydrous ethanol,in 40 ℃ for 3 hours. Conclusion: Through research,the compound rate of licorice extract and phosphatidylcholine can be up to 90% or more.
