摘要
在仿真计算寒潮作用下闸墩的温度应力时,划分网格的粗细对整体模型模拟结果的精度和计算工作量具有重要影响。对此,应用ANSYS软件,基于子模型法运用APDL语言编制仿真程序进行寒潮作用下的闸墩热-应力耦合分析,以提高仿真计算的精度,减少计算机负荷。在双台子河闸工程实例分析中,闸墩拆模后第105d时由于寒潮作用及底板约束产生的温度应力导致闸墩表面开裂,表明越冬期间混凝土未采取保温措施是造成闸墩开裂的直接原因。
In the simulation calculation of the temperature stress of gate pier under the action of cold wave,the size of mesh partition has impact on the simulation results accuracy of the whole model and the amount of calculation.In order to solve this problem,ANSYS software and APDL language based sub-model method are used to compile simulation program for analyzing thermal-stress analysis of gate pier under action of cold wave,which enhances the precision of simulation calculation and reduces the computer load.In the case analysis of Shuangtaizi River Sluice Project,because of cold wave and temperature stress caused by bottom constraints,the surface of gate pier appears cracks after 105 dform stripping.The results show that no taking heat preservation measures for concrete is the direct reason for causing the cracking of the pier during the winter.
