摘要
为比较日温差作用下压力明钢管横向变形计算方法的精确度,基于结构力学法及几何变形协调关系,给出了压力明钢管在日照温差作用下横向变形位移的三种不同计算方法;据此计算了相关实际工程压力明钢管的横向变形位移,并与有限元法进行比较,分析了钢管温差、直径和长度等主要因素对三种计算方法的影响敏感性。三种方法计算的横向变形位移非常接近,与有限元法计算结果具有较高的一致性,表明压力明钢管温变后轴线为圆弧的假定基本合理;三种算法计算结果精度均满足工程设计要求,均可用于实际工程。
Based on the structural mechanics and geometric deformation coordinated relationship,three different formulas for transverse deformation of exposed penstock under sunlight temperature effect were derived to compare the accuracy of calculation method.Transverse deformation displacement of exposed penstock in actual project was calculated by using the three formulas.And the result by finite element was compared with these three formulas.The sensitivities of variations in temperature,diameter and length for these formulas were analyzed.The transverse deformation displacements by three formulas were very close,which has high consistency with the finite element results.The hypothesis that penstock axis was arc-shaped after deformation is basically reasonable.The three formulas can be all used for general engineering,and the results' accuracy could meet the engineering requirements.
