摘要
为提高可调式栅栏减压装置作为高层与多层建筑直连供暖系统中循环装置中的减压能力,在对减压装置不同开度及不同雷诺数Re的试验基础上,得到减压装置减压效率的影响因素及其规律。结果表明,减压装置开度越大,减压效率越高;雷诺数越大,减压效率有降低的趋势。低层管网经过加压泵向高层供水时采用添加剂可提高加压泵效率及管道输运能力,采用Fluent数值模拟方法模拟了减压装置在不同浓度添加剂溶液作用下的减压规律,添加剂溶液的减压抑制率达10%~17%,抑制效果较好。
In order to improve the efficiency of the adjustable fence pressure reducing device which can be used for the direct connected heating system between high-rise and multistory building,based on the model test under different opening degrees and different Reynolds number,we obtained the influencing factors and its laws of the efficiency of pressure reducing device.The results show that the efficiency appeared a positive correlation with the opening degree and negatively correlated with Reynolds number.Furthermore,the use of additives can improve the efficiency of pump and pipeline transport capacity in heating system,and Fluent software is utilized to simulate the laws of pressure reducing device under different concentrations of additive flow.The efficiency of additive flow decreased about 10%~17%compared with water flow.
