花岗岩石料界面与沥青胶浆粘附强度试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探究酸性骨料与沥青胶浆之间的粘附作用,以酸性较强的花岗岩石料为代表,采用水泥和石灰石粉配制不同浓度沥青胶浆,通过直接拉伸试验研究了石料界面与沥青胶浆的粘附强度、胶浆脱落面积百分比的变化规律。结果表明,随着填料浓度的增加,骨料界面与沥青胶浆的粘附强度均不断增大,胶浆浓度大于2.0时强度增加已不显著;填料浓度相同时,浸水48h后2种胶浆与石料界面粘附强度虽有所降低,但不同浓度水泥沥青胶浆与石料界面粘附强度均大于石灰石粉沥青胶浆,表明水泥沥青胶浆抵抗水损害作用的能力更强。 In order to investigate the impact of adhesion between acid aggregate and asphalt mortar,represented by strong acidic granite stone,cement and limestone powder preparation of different concentration of asphalt mortar was used to study the adhesion strength and the area of spalling surface law of asphalt mortar and aggregate interface with the direct tension test.The results show that with the increase of filler concentration,adhesion strength of asphalt mortar and aggregate interface increased continuously while the asphalt mortar concentration is greater than 2.0,the strength increase is not obvious;when the filler concentration is the same,adhesion strength of asphalt mortar and aggregate interface is reduced after soaking 48 hours,but in different concentrations,adhesion strength of cement asphalt mortar and interface is greater than the lime stone powder asphalt mortar,which shows that the cement asphalt mortar has stronger resistance to water damage.
