摘要
为解决水轮发电机组转动部分电磁磁力减载过程中存在磁饱和严重和减载力不足的问题,在对单环式电磁减载结构研究的基础上,提出了多环改进电磁结构。应用电磁磁力减载原理,结合实例利用有限元法分析了单环式电磁减载结构存在的问题,并研究了多环结构布线槽个数和齿槽分配关系对电磁减载力的影响。证实了多环结构能有效解决单环结构的磁饱和问题,同时多环改进结构可大幅增加电磁力,能够满足减载要求,进而减轻推力轴承的轴向负荷,提高水轮发电机组运行的可靠性。
In order to solve the serious magnetic saturation and insufficient load capacity problems of the electromagnetic reduction system for the rotating part of the hydro-generator set,the multiple ring improved structure was presented based on the study of single ring structure.Using the principle of electromagnetic force reduction,combined with an example,the problems of single ring structure was analyzed by the finite element method.And then,the relationship between different alveolar numbers and slot allocation of multiple ring structure were analyzed.It is proved that multiple ring structure can effectively solve the magnetic saturation problem of single ring structure,and the improved structure can greatly increase the electromagnetic force.Multiple ring structure can meet the requirements of load reduction and reduce the axial load of thrust bearing,which improves the reliability of hydro-generator set operation.
