摘要 随着运行年限增长,SF6断路器灭弧室状态问题日益突出,传统检测手段难以准确反映SF6断路器灭弧室状态。为此,基于动态电阻技术提出了SF6断路器灭弧室状态评估方法,搭建了模拟试验平台并开展动态电阻测试,选取断路器动态电阻积分面积作为特征量并建立了状态评估模型,确定了判断弧触头处于注意状态、异常状态、严重状态等界限值,提出了相应的处理措施。实例应用结果表明,所提出的SF6断路器灭弧室状态评估方法有效、可行。 The problems of arcing chamber state are increasingly prominent as the operating life growth.The traditional detection methods are hard to reflect arcing chamber state.So,this paper proposed arcing chamber state assessment method of SF6 breaker on the basic of dynamic resistance technology.The simulation test platform was set up and used to test dynamic resistance.The dynamic resistance integral area was chosen as a characteristic value and state assessment model was established.The limit values of attentive condition,abnormal condition,serious condition were determined to judge arcing contact condition,and the corresponding treatment measures were put forward.The example application results show that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
