摘要 以EVA和茂金属聚乙烯(m PE)为主要基材,采用共混改性法制备EVA防水卷材,分析了m PE用量、挤出温度对EVA防水卷材拉伸性能的影响,并分别考察了聚烯烃弹性体(POE)对EVA防水卷材抗撕裂强度、抗氧剂种类对卷材抗老化性能的影响。结果表明,在实际挤出温度为200℃、EVA与m PE质量比为1∶1、POE用量10%、采用含量0.1%的复合型抗氧剂B215,所制备的改性EVA防水卷材性能最优。 New typed EVA waterproofing membrane is prepared by blending modification using EVA and metallocene polyethylene as main materials. The article analyzes influences of mPE dosage, extrusion temperature on tensile performance of EVA waterproofing membrane. In addition, influences of polyolefin elastomer dosage on tear strength and antioxidants type on aging resistance of the membrane are studied. The results indicate that when the actual processing temperature is 200 ℃, mass ratio of EVA and roPE is 1:1, content of POE is 10%, content of composite antioxidant B215 is 0.1%, the EVA waterproofing membrane has best physical and mechanical properties.
