The kinds of draw-off roller cover fleeces on warp knitting machine are introduced, and according to draw-off roller fleece requirements, this paper introduces in detail the correct steps and methods of wrapping drawoff roller fleece, including opening gaps, cleaning up, determining cut position, cutting edyes, even brushing, fleece wrapping, cutting ends and sealing, compacting through beating, waiting for use and so on. The cutting edge parameters are analyzed through the simulating reduction method. The precautions of wrapping fleece and choosing glue are pointed out, and suggestions are made to the routine attention and adjustment of draw-off roller. It pro- vides references for wrapping draw-off roller fleece, and ensuring the normal operation of warp knitting machine draw-off mechanism.
