摘要
阐述了羊毛针织面料低能耗生产技术。通过筛选染料和相关助剂,优化预定形、前处理、染色、碱洗、酸中和、防蛀等工艺参数,确定染色加酸和碱洗加碱的数学经验公式,以实现对羊毛针织面料低能耗染整加工的精确控制。结果表明,羊毛针织面料低能耗生产技术,大大简化了工艺,实现了节能降耗,减少了染整加工对羊毛织物的损伤。
Low-energy production technology of wool knitted fabric was expouded. Low-energy production technology of wool knitted fabric was carefully controlled by the selection of dyes and auxiliaries, optimizing technical parameter of presetting, pretreatment, dyeing, alkaline washing, acid neutralization, mothproof treatment and so on, and empirical formula building of adding acid in dyeing and adding alkali in alkaline washing. The results show that Low-energy production technology of wool knitted fabric greatly simplifies process,realizes energy-saving and cost-reducing, and reduces the damage of wool fabric in dyeing and finishing.
