二吡啶胺配合物的合成及其在二氧化碳合成碳酸丙烯酯反应中的催化性能

Synthesis of Dipyridylamine Complexes and Their Catalytic Performances for the Conversion of Carbon Dioxideto Propylene Carbonate

摘要 以二吡啶胺的去质子化溶液为配体,后过渡金属(铁、钴、镍等)和稀土金属(铒、钕、钆等)为金属源,合成了6个二吡啶胺配合物(2a^2f),其结构经IR确证。研究了2a^2f对二氧化碳合成碳酸丙烯酯(PC)反应的催化性能。结果表明:2a 0.15 mmol,四丁基溴化铵0.6 mmol,锌粉3 mmol,于1.5 MPa,100℃反应1 h,PC产率最高(53.21%)。 Six dipyridylamine complexes(2a - 2f) were synthesized by using deprotonation solution of dipyridylamine as ligand and post-transiton metal( iron, cobalt, nickel, etc) and rare earth metal( erbium, neodymium, gadolinium, etc). The structures were confirmed by IR. The catalytic performances of 2a - 2f for conversion of carbon dioxide to propylene carbonate (PC) were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions(2a 0.15 mmol, TBAB 0.6 mmol, Zn 3 mmol, reaction at 1.5 MPa, 100 ℃ for 1 h) the yield of PC was 53.21%
