低温环境用改性空心玻璃微珠填充PE复合材料的研制

摘要 以改性空心玻璃微珠对聚乙烯(PE)材料进行填充,研究了不同处理方法和填充比例对管道防腐用聚乙烯材料性能的影响。结果表明,改性空心玻璃微珠加入后,可以提高PE材料的拉伸强度和硬度,但是会降低其断裂伸长率。经过对配方进行优化,可以实现在保证PE材料力学性能的同时,显著降低其收缩率,保证PE材料在寒冷地区施工中的尺寸稳定性。 In order to improve the material properties of external PE protection layer of 3PE anticorrosion pipeline,hollow glass microspheres(HGM) are added into PE material as inorganic filler.The effects of different treatment methods and filling ratio of HGM on the properties of PE material are tested and analyzed.The results show that the hardness and yield strength of the PE composite are improved.However,its elongation is reduced.After optimization of the formula,not only the mechanical properties of the PE composite are improved,but also its shrinkage ratio is significantly reduced,so as to ensure the dimension stability of the PE material in construction environment of cold regions.
