聚乙烯热收缩带耐水密闭性快速评价方法研究

摘要 针对现行标准中聚乙烯热收缩带耐水密闭性测试方法试验周期长的问题,开展了热收缩带耐水密闭性的快速评价方法研究。通过引入较高的压力,进行了不同加压条件下的耐水密闭性试验,并与常压测试结果进行了对比分析,总结了不同压力下的数据对应关系,建立了一套热收缩带耐水密闭性快速评价方法,可缩短检测时间50%以上。 In the active standards,the test period of water impermeability for PE heat shrinkable tapes is long,so the research on fast evaluation method of water impermeability for PE heat shrinkable tapes is conducted.The water impermeability tests under different higher pressures are performed.The results are compared with the tests under normal pressure,and the relation between water impermeability and pressure is obtained.A set of fast evaluation methods for PE heat shrinkable tapes is established,which can save test period by more than 50%.
