摘要
渤海油田部分生产平台安装有水下基盘,在平台弃置作业中面临着水下基盘的回收难题。通过对常用水下基盘的特点和回收难点进行研究,提出了拖轮回收和将基盘及多层套管固定在平台导管架回收两套方案。经过操作性、安全性等方面对比,优选确定水下基盘和导管架一起回收的方案。在渤海油田某平台的1井水下基盘回收中,通过钻完井专业和海洋工程专业的相互配合,得到了成功应用,形成了一种水下基盘回收作业模式,可为水下基盘回收作业提供经验和借鉴。
Subsea templates are installed in partial production platforms in Bohai Oilfield,which are need to recovery in platform abandon.Usually,subsea template has a big volume and is connected with riser,causing its difficult recovery.Based on the study of subsea template characteristics and recovery difficulties,two subsea template recovery schemes are put forward,i.e.recovery by using a tugboat or by fixing the template and multilayer riser to jacket.Through comparisons in operation,safety and so on,the recovery scheme by fixing the template and multilayer riser to jacket is chosen.The recovery scheme is successfully realized in the subsea template of 1~# well in Bohai Oilfield and forms a kind of subsea template recovery mode.
