摘要
针对中石化春光油田净化油全部装车外运,存在装车费用高、油气损耗大、调节能力差等问题,提出用克-独管道输送春光油田原油来解决外输问题。从克-独管道现状、资源调配运行模式、管道能力核算等方面进行了论述,提出了克-独管道全线采用旁接罐输油工艺,并进行正、反输工艺改造,改造后克-独管道可向独山子石化或克拉玛依总站方向输送春光油田原油。经多方面比选,确定春光油田稠稀混油输至克拉玛依总站方向更经济可行。
Cleaned oil from Sinopec Chunguang Oilfield is all loaded outbound by tankers,which exists the problems of high loading cost,much oil and gas loss and poor adjustment ability.This paper puts forward the plan that applies Karamay- Dushanzi crude oil pipeline to transport oil of Chunguang Oilfield.After discussions on the current status of Karamay- Dushanzi crude oil pipeline,resource allocation,operation mode and pipeline ability check,the following transportation process is brought out:The float tank process is adopted and the forward and reverse transportation process is reformed along the whole pipeline to enable Chunguang Oilfield oil to be transported to Dushanzi Petrochemical Co.or Karamay General Station.With comprehensive comparisons,it is determined that the transportation process of dense-thin mixed oil of Chunguang Oilfield transported to Karamay General Station is more economical and feasible.
