摘要
在油气长输管道山区施工中,当管道穿越U型或V型陡峭沟谷时,普通运布管设备难以将管道运送至指定位置,从而成为大口径油气长输管道施工的难点和制约工程按期投产的瓶颈。四川油建公司在中贵联络线工程和兰成原油管道工程同沟段施工过程中,依据现场实际建立受力模型、进行受力计算与分析,利用索道运布管精确定位施工技术,成功完成了"指力沟"穿越,解决U型或V型陡峭沟谷运布管这一施工难题。经对比分析,该方法灵活方便,实用性强,经济效果明显。
In the construction of long- distance oil and gas pipelines in mountainous areas,when pipeline crossing U or V shaped steep valleys,application of common equipment for transporting and distributing pipes to designated location is difficult,which becomes the bottleneck in large diameter pipeline construction.In the construction of the pipeline section for two pipelines laying into one trench in Zhong- Gui Linking- up Pipeline Project and Lan- Cheng Crude Oil Pipeline Project,Sichuan Petroleum Construction Co.,Ltd.established mechanical model based on practical field situation and conducted computation and analysis,utilized the cableway technique for accurately transporting and distributing pipes to the designed location,and successfully solved the difficult key problem of pipeline crossing U or Vshaped steep valleys.It was proved through comparative analysis that this technique is convenient,practical and economical.
